Had carpets cleaned today amidst the COVID-19 crisis. Service providers wore masks and gloves and maintained a safe social distance. The were very responsive to emails, were on time (early actually), very pleasant, and did a thorough carpet cleaning. I feel their price was also very good value for money. Great job! I would recommend Elite without hesitation.

We bought a red double seater sofa at the Mission Thrift Store on Colborne Street West in Brantford. It was delivered to our place but we soon found out that the sofa smelled of cigarette smoke. I cleaned it with an upholstery cleaner but the smell persisted. Our son-in-law suggested a commercial carpet/upholstery cleaner. He sent me an email with the name of a company. I checked them online. I also found Elite Carpet Care among the list of carpet cleaning businesses. I recognized the name Elite. A neighbour of ours used your carpet cleaning service some years ago and she spoke highly of Elite Carpet Care. I called and I could tell from your voice and responses that you were authentic. I also called the other company and that person sounded un-authentic if there is such a word. So I chose Elite and called to confirm.You were on time, friendly, efficient, polite and cheerful. We are happy with the end result.The cigarette smell has not returned. We are letting the sofa dry for a couple of days before using it. Some of the nicotine/brown water dripped on the carpet while you were cleaning the sofa and then you decided to clean our carpet also. I couldnt believe how thorough and kind you were . Thank you very much. We definitely will tell others about Elite Carpet Care.
